Similar to the build your own Tardises (TARDI?) available over at Cubeecraft, this template from Character Building while have your tiny Doctor figures travelling Time and Space in no time. (No time. Ha.... That's punny) 

The main differences that separates this from it's Cubeecrraft brethren is that it's rendered in a more "photo-realistic" style and they went for a more two dimensional approach in regards to the construction of the top of the TARDIS. Which is probably a good idea, as this particular version is intended for smaller children.
